Only 99,000 tickets will be available. A total of 61 Early Bird Draws and 20 Main Draw prizes for a total of 81 prizes to be awarded. Tickets are not tax deductible.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold. All inquiries, if any, on the “odds of winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of a ticket.
The total combined value of all prizes is over $1.3 million dollars.
The draws are conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the AGCO and provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. All winning tickets are determined by a random number generator software integral to eh ERS. A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.

To be eligible for the final (main) draw, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 pm December 31, 2024.
Winners of vehicle prizes will be given the option of accepting the vehicles “as awarded” or take the cash option as follows: 2025 Chevy Equinox RS or $39,815 cash, 2025 Jeep Compass Sport or $34,838 cash and 2025 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid or $39,098 cash. Winners will be required to sign a declaration as to which option they will take. Due to production delays, if chosen, the awarding of the vehicles may be delayed.
Winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home will not have the option of a cash pay out and must take the prize as built and awarded. The Winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home must take ownership of the home within 30 days of the draw date. All fees incurred such as legal and title search, land transfer tax, retail sales tax and municipal occupancy fees will be paid by the Brentwood Lottery. Any fees or expenses relating to taking possession, moving or selling the home is the responsibility of the winner.
Brentwood Lottery ticket prizes must be accepted as awarded.
All other prizes must be claimed within one year of the draw.
All Prizes will be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or other encumbrances.

After buying, on-line patrons will be provided a confirmation email with their registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
Tickets will be sold online at www.brentwoodlottery.com. Tickets will be sold in person at the Brentwood Lottery Sales office, located at 2335 Dougall Avenue, Windsor ON. Tickets will also be sold a various ticket sales locations around Windsor & Essex County. In person ticket sales will be conducted using a point-of-sale terminal provide by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. Customer’s purchasing tickets in person will receive a email confirmation containing their tickets and will also receive a printout of their tickets.
The following persons and any immediate family members living at the same residence are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Brentwood Home, Auto and Cash Lottery XXXIII (Pursuant to AGCO Regulations): Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners LLP, employees of Rafflebox Technologies inc.
The grand prize draw will be recorded and will take place on Saturday January 11, 2025 at approximately 10:00am. Winner’s will be announced at a live event on the same day at 1pm.

The raffle will take place online beginning October 1, 2024 at 9 am.
Ticket prices are: 3 for $5, 10 for $10, 50 for $20, 200 for $50
Tickets will be sold online using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operated by charitable gaming supplier Rafflebox Technologies Inc.
Tickets will also be sold in-person at the Brentwood Lottery Office and at various ticket sale locations across Windsor & Essex County. In-person tickets will be sold using hand-held point of sale terminals provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. Ticket purchasers will receive a printout of their tickets and will also receive an email confirmation.

In the event that no winner comes forward, the funds from the Grand Prize Jackpot will be held for 6 months.
