WHY HAS THE LOTTERY GONE ELECTRONIC?

Electronic lotteries and raffles are very much the trend in charitable lotteries.  Going electronic provides efficiencies and a reduction in the cost and resources required to operate the lottery.  Going electronic also allows the lottery and Brentwood mission to reach new and broader markets.

Going electronic gets tickets in the hands of purchasers faster too and offers more opportunities to enhance the purchase experience.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY TICKETS OR I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TICKETS?

We recommend people receiving tickets via email check their junk or spam folder, as email confirmations sometimes end up in those folders.

For those that did not receive the email confirmation or misplace their tickets, we can resend the email confirmation that contains their purchased tickets.

Anyone who is experiencing problems with their tickets should email us at info@brentwoodlottery.com or call (519) 255-1002.
